Initially acquired in 1986, this former industrial manufacturing facility has been successfully transformed by SMC into the 422 Business Center—a dynamic, multi-use property with a diverse mix of tenants. Today, the 422 Business Center is home to more than 25 businesses representing a wide range of industries, including retail, recreation, light industrial, and professional services.
